Mike and Adolfo Montana Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Mike and Adolfo Montana Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to new students who are Kane county residents, have financial need, and are planning to pursue a career in the trades. Preference will be given to students who intend to enter the construction industry. The Mike and Adolfo Montana Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established to support students pursuing careers in the trades, as both Mike and Adolfo believed that the trades are a vital part of our community. Adolfo made a living in the construction field and, in turn, taught his son Mike. They worked together for many years, and they were always willing to lend a hand. It’s in memory of their giving nature that their family has established this scholarship. The scholarship may cover all or part of tuition and required course fees and may also provide support for required books for credit courses.
