A woman who has resumed her higher education after a three-year or more absence
A full- or half-time student enrolled at an accredited college/university
• Within two years of completing a Bachelor or Graduate Degree OR within one year of completing an Associate Degree*
*A half-time student qualifies for $1,500 if she is within one year of completing her undergraduate or graduate degree or $750 if she is within one year of completing her Associate degree.
