Karen J. and David S. Stewart Scholarship

The Karen J. and David S. Stewart Scholarship is open to female students who have dependent children and intend to enroll in a career or transfer degree program. Dr. Karen J. Stewart, a retired longtime administrator at Waubonsee Community College, and her husband, David, established this scholarship to provide encouragement and financial assistance to students. Dr. Stewart is a graduate of Waubonsee. The scholarship may cover all or part of tuition and required course fees and may also provide support for required books for credit courses.
