Mike & Sharon Erickson Nursing Scholarship

The Mike & Sharon Erickson Nursing Scholarship is open to returning students who are Waubonsee district residents. Applicants must have completed the first year of the Waubonsee Nursing program by May of the application year. This scholarship was established by Mike & Sharon Erickson. Mike is a Waubonsee Community College Fire Science program graduate and works as a firefighter/paramedic. Sharon is a Waubonsee Community College Nursing program graduate and instructor. The Ericksons established this scholarship to help promote & grow these wonderful professions. The scholarship may cover all or part of tuition and required course fees and may also provide support for required books for credit courses.
