Vern Florence Memorial Scholarship

The Vern Florence Memorial Scholarship is open to returning students majoring in an electrical technology area who have a minimum 3.0 GPA. It was established in memory of Vern Florence by his family. Mr. Florence served as Waubonsee Community College’s electrician for 22 years, . The scholarship may cover all or part of tuition and required course fees and may also provide support for required books for credit courses.
