Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs - MIA/POW scholarship

For dependents of Illinois residents at the time who went on active duty and were declared to be a POW, MIA, or deceased as a result of a service-connected disability, or 100% disabled due to a service-related cause which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the U.S. Department of Defense.
